IT Manager

Maintains and enhances the organization’s Information Technology by planning, implementing, and evaluating information systems, hardware and software. Ability to support and understand users across multiple departments, and provide after-hours support.



Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage the companies network of servers
  • Manage company email system
  • Manage Help Desk and IT Techs
  • Main point of contact for all company software and hardware
  • Develop processes and procedures for access to the company network
  • Monitor system performance and recommend ways to enhance
  • Maintain network security

Knowledge/Experience Required


  • Adept at Microsoft Exchange; Fluid in Microsoft Office from 2000-365
  • Experience with Dynamics CRM a plus
  • Comfortable with VMWare
  • Knowledge of Windows Server 2008r2-Server 2016
  • Ability to query and understand SQL tables in SQL 2014
  • Experience with labeling software, ERP and EDI background a plus
  • Familiarity with engineering software such as SolidWorks and AutoCad
  • Able to navigate and support VOIP software
  • Networking knowledge a must.
  • Understanding of legacy Windows platforms to support PC’s in utilized in manufacturing
  • Expertise in virus prevention and in anti-virus platform with the ability to support Creative Cloud for Teams



  • Comfortable with SonicWall and Sonic Points
  • Experience with air fiber and Ubiquiti a plus
  • Understand file sharing, hidden shares, share permissions
  • Configure virtual machines, terminal servers, reporting servers
  • Experience with the configuration of wireless networks on a company platform, and the ability to configure both private and public connections
  • Experience with terminal server environments, Remote Desktop Gateway
  • Understanding of porting and connection configuration
