With over 90,000 square feet of manufacturing and warehouse space, we operate 12 rotational molding machines, a 5-axis CNC router, liquid and dry color blending, and a plastic pellet pulverizing operation. The facility operates on a 24 hour 5 day a week basis.
We use a wide range of raw materials ranging from polyethylenes to PVC to polypropylene to urethanes. Support services include in-house engineering / design support and mold maintenance, a technical process team, technical process review and computer color control. Products currently manufactured represent a wide-ranging customer base as well as products.
